Ronald Levine

(New York City)

Prior to GPRE, Mr. Levine spent 20 years at Meridian Capital Group, most recently serving as a Senior Managing Director, overseeing a staff of originators and underwriters in the negotiation and placement of financing for construction, repositioning and transitional asset transactions. Prior to Meridian, Mr. Levine was a Senior Vice President at Westminster Capital, a division of Kushner Companies. His job responsibilities at Westminster included coordinating all aspects of financing for Kushner Companies, including debt and equity financing. Mr. Levine also previously worked as a financial analyst in the real estate investment banking group of CIBC World Markets.

 

Mr. Levine holds an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a B.A. in Finance from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business.

He resides in Manhattan, NY with his wife Caroline and two daughters.


Yoni Goodman

(New York City)

Prior to GPRE, Mr. Goodman served as President of Meridian Capital Group, overseeing various aspects of the company across all divisions and markets nationally. Under Mr. Goodman’s tenure, the firm expanded into multiple new geographies and business lines and executed on several corporate acquisitions.  In 2020, Mr. Goodman led the acquisition of a majority stake in Barings Multifamily Capital (later renamed NewPoint) and in 2021 led the acquisition of Housing & Healthcare Finance, a HUD lender.  In his role as President, Mr. Goodman also held the primary relationships with various lending partners and clients.

From 2010 through 2014, Mr. Goodman was a senior member of the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Goldman Sachs. During his tenure at Goldman, he originated and structured more than $5 billion of CMBS and balance sheet lending activity and strategically advised and financed clients including REITs, investment managers, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and private investors.

Prior to his time at Goldman, Mr. Goodman worked in real estate capital markets and financing at the Reznick Group and at Credit Suisse First Boston, respectively.

 

Mr. Goodman has served as a Director on several corporate boards and currently serves as a Trustee of two non-profit institutions. 

He resides in Westchester, NY with his wife Sarah and four children.


Seth K. Grossman

(Southern California)

Prior to GPRE, Mr. Grossman spent 13 years at Meridian Capital Group, most recently serving as a Senior Managing Director running the company’s West Coast offices. In his years charged with growing and expanding the west coast for Meridian, Mr. Grossman built a team that originated and closed more than $13 billion of debt and equity transactions spanning more than 700 loans across primary and esoteric asset types. Prior to running Meridian’s west coast business, Mr. Grossman was a Structured Finance Analyst at Fitch Ratings, a Principal at Mission Peak Capital, and worked in Meridian’s New York City office.

 

Mr. Grossman attended NYU, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management.

He resides in Encinitas, CA with his wife Jen and three children.
